6 days - 30 hours

 

The student learns the basics of Gyrokinesis Level 1, Format 1, and some exercises from Format 2.

 

It focuses on gaining the physical endurance to perform all the Level 1 exercises.

 

The prerequisite is that you must have taken a minimum number of classes before starting pre-training.

Consult the trainer for this purpose.

 

Once the student has successfully completed the pre-training, they are eligible to continue their training. The student has between one week and three months to complete the foundation course.

9 days - 45 hours.

 

The student gains a deeper understanding of Gyrokinesis Level 1, Format 1 and learns Format 2 in full.

 

He learns the skills necessary to be able to teach these exercises to others.

 

Once successfully completed, he is considered an apprentice and will have to teach 30 hours of Gyrokinesis courses as part of his continuing education.

 

He has between 6 months and a year to complete the training and participate in the certification.

3 days - 15 hours

 

The student is supervised as a future teacher and is prepared for certification.

 

The student must have taught at least 15 hours during this learning period to access Supervision.

 

A minimum of two weeks is required before accessing certification.

Certification has two aspects:

It is educational and it assesses the teaching skills of students.

To be successful, the apprentice must physically perform and demonstrate the exercises and principles of the Gyrokinesis Level 1 program.

 

After successful completion, he receives the certification of Gyrokinesis teacher.

With this certification, the student can register for all specialized courses.

 

An update every two years is required to renew the license.
